The Chief Officer, Asset Management and
Regeneration has approved a recommendation that (a) the subject
property be declared surplus and disposed of on the open market
subject to some existing tenancies and (b) the vacant possession
strategy proposed be adopted and terms for the surrender of a lease
approved.
