The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds is
recommended gave Authority to spend £276,580 to carry out the
demolition of the Hough Top Court. To grub up and remove all
underground utilities within the site area and to make good the
site to provide a clean site for the proposed housing growth
redevelopment project.
