The Director of Resources and Housing:
a) approved the administration of the WWRF for Leeds as per the Government criteria and prospectus
b) approved spend of the grant up to £693k
c) agreed the memorandum of understanding
d) waived the right to call for this decision for the reasons set out at 4.5.1.
