The Director of City Development:
i) gave authority to spend £36,201,000 in respect of the
Phase Two Leeds (River Aire) Flood Alleviation scheme; &
ii) approved the instruction for BMM jv Limited to undertake the
Phase Two Step Two Leeds (River Aire) Flood Alleviation scheme
works.
This decision sits under a previous key decision which was approved
at Executive Board in February 2019.
