The Head of Democratic Services is requested
to:
a) Give approval to the change to the appointment of Members to The
Lord Mayor of Leeds Appeal Fund as set out in paragraph 3.1 of the
associated report;
b) Note the appointment will be reported to Member Management
Committee in due course.
