The Chief Officer, Highways &
Transportation:
i) authorised the injection and gave authority to spend £450k
from the LPTIP Bus Delivery work package, Door to Door Community
Transport Service project into the LCC Capital Programme in order
to support the development of the scheme from FBC+; operating and
evaluating a pilot in the south of the city; and
ii) noted that the pilot and all associated activities with this
have previously been approved at Leeds City Council Executive Board
on 10th February 2021, and the funds have been committed from the
LPTIP budget and approved via the WYCA assurance process at
Investment Committee on 4th March 2021.
