Approval has been given to the freehold
transfer of Clapgate Primary School to its Board of Governors to
enable it to run as a trust school in accordance with the
provisions of the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998, the
School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained
Schools)(England) Regulations 2007 and the Education and
Inspections Act 2006.
