The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has agreed to:
a) sign the ERDF Grant Funding Agreement issued by the Ministry for
Housing and Local Government
b) approve and enter into the funding agreement for the
£300,000 Council grant and associated ERDF grant to Unity
Property Services for the refurbishment of Leeds Media Centre
