The Director of Communities, Housing and
Environment:
a) Authorised entry into a grant funding agreement with the ERDF
for
£7,402,351 to be contributed to the Housing District Heating
Clusters
“Clustering for Warmth” project; and
b) Approved the injection of this £7,402,351 ERDF grant
funding into the
Housing Leeds Capital Investment Programme.
This sits under a previous key decision.
