The Chief Planning Officer has designated the
Chapeltown Neighbourhood Forum for the Chapeltown Neighbourhood
Area, subject to the formal adoption of a constitution by the
neighbourhood forum pursuant to Section 61F of the Town &
Country Planning Act 1990.
