The Chief Officer Highways &
Transportation;
• Approved the detailed design and implementation of a project
to introduce sixteen street benches at locations agreed with
Kirkstall Ward Members, indicated on drawing
958/LCC/21/XX/DR/TM/01_00 (attached as Appendix 2) and;
• Noted the required expenditure of £30,000, comprising
£28,000 works costs and £2,000 staff fees, to be funded
from Regeneration Local Centres Programme.
The Chief Officer Asset Management & Regeneration;
• Noted the proposed project as detailed within this report
and its appendices, as previously outlined at the Full Business
Case presented to Local Centres Programme Board in January
2022;
• Approved the expenditure of £30,000 from Regeneration
Local Centres Programme budget, broken down as £28,000 works
costs and £2,000 staff fees and the subsequent injection of
this funding to Highways & Transportation budgets.
