The Director of City Development:
a) Approved the additional £265,945 to the Leeds Media Centre
project, to be funded from the options set out in the Confidential
Appendix, which total in excess of £530,000.
b) Authorised the inclusion of the additional £265,945 in the
grant agreement to Unity Property Services.
