The Director of City Development has approved this report to waiver CPR 9.1 and 9.2 (Over £100k – High Value Procurements) in order to award a contract directly to sole trader Robert Woodland for a value of £338,000.00. The proposed contract is set to commence on 3rd July 2023 and expire on 31st March 2025 with no options to extend.
