30/11/2023 - Commuted sums grant funding for use at Mistress Lane, Armley, to assist in the delivery of 34 new affordable homes

The Chief Officer Asset Management and Regeneration has approved the spend of affordable housing commuted sums funding up to £300,000 to support Leeds Community Homes to deliver 34 new affordable homes for social rent at Mistress Lane, Armley and for the Council to enter into a grant agreement and nominations agreement with Leeds Community Homes on the terms set out in this report.
