18/06/2024 - Participation in a regional consortium procurement for Library materials conducted by another public body in accordance with CPRs 5.1-5.3

The Chief Officer Community Hubs, Welfare & Business Support approved the library service joining the North West Libraries Consortium (NWLC) / Yorkshire Book Consortium (YBC) and under CPR 5 (5.1 and 5.3), the procurement of library materials through the re-tendering of the consortium’s contract.
