In relation to the Social Care (Legal)
Section, the City Solicitor gave approval for the temporary full
time Principal Legal Officer (Adult Social Care) post (PO4/5) to be
made permanent and be added to the existing section staffing
structure.
This decision was made in the context of the attached report, dated
9 November 2011.
