The Director of Children’s Services agreed to approve the award of the Youth Inclusion Commission contract to Barca-Leeds as the lead practitioner in partnership with Nacro at a maximum cost of £500k per annum. The contract length will be 2 years and 8 months, with the option to extend for a period of up to 12 months.
