The Chief Asset Management and Regeneration
Officer granted approval to a recommendation that (a) the terms
provisionally agreed for the surrender of the existing ground lease
and the grant of a new building lease incorporating additional land
to be approved and (b) that early demolition of the existing
building be supported.
