The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) Authorised, subject to public consultation, the detailed design
and implementation of a scheme to introduce a 20 mph zone in the
Cockburn School area of Beeston and Holbeck as shown on drawing
number TM/05/2547/HB; and
ii) Requested the City Solicitor to:
a) Advertise a draft Speed Limit Order, to introduce a 20 mph zone
in the Cockburn School area of Beeston and Holbeck, as shown on
drawing TM/05/2547/HB
iii) Gave authority to incur expenditure of £10,000, which
comprises of £7,000 works costs, £1,500 Staff fees and
£1,500 legal fees, all to be funded from the LTP Transport
Policy Capital Programme.
