The Director of Resources and Housing has
approved the suspension of lettings, removing the properties from
charge and carrying out the full demolition and removal of the
garages and abandoned contents at G1 to G8 Stonecliffe Garth and G1
to G6 Stonecliffe Mount.
Following demolition the cleared site of Stonecliffe Mount to be
declared surplus to operational requirements and for the site to be
taken forward by Housing Growth Team for potential development of a
bespoke property to meet local need in the area.
