The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of this report;
i) considered and over-ruled the objection to Leeds City Council
(Traffic Regulation)(Speed Limit)Nº 3).Order 2017 and related
traffic calming proposals;
ii) requested the City Solicitor to make, seal and implement Leeds
City Council (Traffic Regulation)(Speed Limit)Nº 3).Order
2017; and
iii) requested the City Solicitor to write to the objectors
informing them of the Chief Officer’s (Highways and
Transportation) decision.
