The Chief Officer for Parks and Countryside
gives approval to issue new licenses following the completive
tender exercise DN319577.
And approves that where traders have declined to exercise the
option to trade, those sites are then offered to the next
successful bidder and or a temporary contract may be considered
subject to a trader meeting the quality criteria set out as part of
the tendering process. Approval is also given to the extension of
current contracts which have passed their yearly review.
