The Director of City Development has:
a) Injected and approved Authority to Spend of £2m to progress the demolition of the former Red Hall horticultural nursery site.
b) Approved the demolition of the vacant unlisted former horticultural nursery buildings and adjoining former changing facilities at Red Hall and preparation of the site for disposal.
