The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation) agreed to waive Contract Procedure Rule 8.1 and 8.2
– Intermediate Value Procurements – and approve
entering into contract with TRL Software Sales for an upgrade to
Junctions 9 at a cost of £11,505.52 +VAT for the 4PC Network
upgrade, without seeking competition.
