The Director of Resources and Housing authorised the expenditure of £8.186m on the 2018/19 Disabled Facilities Grants programme and approved the funding of the Care and Repair Home Improvement Agency and Handypersons Service at a value of £191k in 2018/19 from within the DFG budget.
