Seek approval to award a contract for the Home
Independence and Warmth Service to Care and Repair Leeds (lead
contractor) from the 1st October 2018 until the 30th September
2021, with the option to extend the contract up to a maximum of two
years, following the satisfactory conclusion of the vetting and
procurement process.
