The Director of City Development;
i) gave approval to the proposals outlined in this report;
ii) gave approval to inject £31,274.13 into the capital
programme, to be fully funded from a section 106 receipt; and
iii) gave authority to incur expenditure of £
£31,274.13 (comprising £6,000 staff fees and £
25274,13 works costs ), to be fully funded from a section 106
receipt.
