The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of this report; and
ii) approved the application from Oporto, for a licence to operate
a street café on the highway at 31 to 33 Call Lane, Leeds,
LS1 7BT, as shown on the attached drawing numbered (20)001OP, to
expire on the 31 March 2019 and that future licences be renewed
annually, subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from
The Chief Officer Highways and Transportation.
