The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has declined the nomination to add land at the former
Chapeltown Community Nursery, Roundhay Road, Chapeltown, Leeds, LS7
4NT to the List of Assets of Community Value and instead add the
property to the List of Assets Nominated by Unsuccessful Community
Nominations on the basis that the nomination does not meet the
criteria laid down in the Localism Act 2011.
