The Chief Officer - Financial Services has
authorised the injection of £245,000 in to the
Council’s Capital Programme, as a prudential borrowing scheme
with the cost met by additional rental income, and the Director of
City Development has given approval to spend £245,000 and
approved the procurement route and evaulation criteria in respect
to the appointment of a contractor in respect to the construction
of three new units within the covered daily market at Kirkgate
Market.
