The Director of Adults and Health approved the
variation, under CPR 21.6, of the Hosting and Support Agreement
signed with Public Consulting Group (formally Shop4Support) to
upgrade to Type 4 functionality at an annual cost of £35,000,
from 1st April 2019, for a period of 12 months, to provide the new
Leeds Directory website and database; and the additional
£16,843 of funding to cover the operational budget required
for the first 12 months of operation from 1st April 2019.
