The Chief Officer of the Parks and Countryside
service has approved;
- to waive contract procedure rules 3.1.6, 3.1.13, 8.1 and 8.2 (in
accordance with CPR 1.3).
- to award a contract to Tudor Catering Trailers Ltd ,Unit 2
Creslands, Oldmixon Crescent, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 9AX for the
purchase of a bespoke Shepherd's Hut catering trailer for Lothrton
Hall.
