The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):
i) noted the content of this report;
ii) authorised the development of a procurement model and strategy based on the content of this report and prepare the associated tender documentation;
iii) endorsed any necessary market engagement prior to formal tender; and
iv) authorised the procurement of the recommended contracts through the OJEU procedure.
