16/10/2018 - Request to waive contract procedure rules in respect of the procurement of pyrotechnics for 6 community bonfires held in 2018 & 2019

The Chief Parks and Countryside Officer has approved

- to waiver the following Contracts Procedure Rule:
Contracts procedure rules no 8.1 and 8.2 – Intermediate value procurements

- to appoint Fantastic Fireworks for the provision of pyrotecnics as identified in the report up to a value of £68,000 at Parks and Countryside bonfire events.
