Authority to procure contractors to deliver Kitchen and Bathroom Isolated Rewiring works in Leeds City Council Residential Properties

 

 

01/07/2019 - Authority to undertake a procurement exercise in line with CPR 3.1.6 for the appointment of contractors to carry out Planned - Isolated Rewiring Works to Domestic Properties

The Director of Resources and Housing approved, in line with Contract Procedure Rule 3.1.6, a competitive tender process to procure a contract with providers to be appointed for a 3 year period with the option to extend for a further 12 month period in the estimated sum of £1.05 million per annum.
