Transportation) waived Contract Procedure Rule 8.1 and 8.2 –
Intermediate Value Procurements – and approved entering into
contract with BR Hallworth Ltd on an annual basis until 31st March
2021 (up to an expected maximum value of £50,000) without
seeking competition.
