The Chief Digital & Information Officer
gaves approval to award a contract to Ripple Foundation C.I.C. in
accordance with the negotiated procedure without prior publication
of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union
OJEU (in accordance with Directive 2004/18/EC) under Regulation 32
of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This will apply to
business and technical services until April 2019.
