The Deputy Director of Children & Families
approved the waiver of Contract Procedure Rules 8.1 and 8.2
(intermediate value procurements) to award a call off contract to
the current providers of the One-To-One Tuition Service for
Children with SEND from the Provision of Temporary Teachers
Framework. The contract will commence on 11th February 2019 for a
period of 16 weeks to 31st May 2019 at a cost of up to
£61,600.
