The Chief Officer Asset Management and Regeneration has:
(a) declared the subject site surplus to requirements and to approve a sale of the Council’s freehold interest in the site on the terms as set out in the confidential appendix that accompanies this report;
(b) agreed that this report is made exempt to Call-In for the reasons set out in paragraph 4.5.6 in the open part of this report.
