The Director of Adults and Health approved the
waiver of Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) CPRs 9.1 and 9.2 to enter
into a new contract with Touchstone for the provision of the
Community Support Team (CST) from 1 April 2019 for fourteen months.
The annual value for this contract is £201,473 and the total
for fourteen months is £235,051.
The Director of Adults and Health noted -
• The Council’s Procurement and Commercial Services Unit
will be requested to issue the new contract.
• Adult Commissioning Manager is the officer responsible for
the implementation of this contract.
