The Chief Officer of Highways and
Transportation has noted the contents of the attached report and
has approved the decision to award a contract to Siemens Mobility
Ltd for the design, build, operation and maintenance of an ANPR
camera network and supporting ICT infrastructure, that will be used
to enforce the Clean Air Zone (CAZ).
