The Director of Resources and Housing:
1. Approved the award of a design and build contract for the
construction of 27 new council homes on the Beeches sites in Gipton
to Wilmott Partnership Homes Ltd, in the sum of
£4,533,320.32; enabling a contract start date for 1st March
2019, a site access date of 23rd April 2019 and a completion date
of 24th July 2020.
2. Approved the award of a design and build contract for the
construction of 32 new council homes on the Nevilles sites in
Osmondthorpe to Wilmott Partnership Homes Ltd, in the sum of
£4,800,665.29; enabling a contract start date for 1st March
2019, a site access date of 23rd April 2019 and a completion date
of 24th July 2020
