The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation) approved the waiver of Contract Procedure Rules 8.1
and 8.2 – Intermediate Procurements and the award of a
contract direct to Aimsun for the provision of two additional
Aimsun Next software licences and the extension of support for the
existing two licences until 28th February 2021 at a total cost of
£49,180, without seeking competition.
