The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) approved the detailed design as outlined in drawing TM-08-207-HB
and gave authority to implement the works;
ii) requested the City Solicitor to advertise a draft Traffic
Regulation Order to introduce various restrictions as shown on
drawing number TM-08-207-HB and if no valid objections are
received, to make, seal and implement the Order as advertised;
and
iii) approved the display of a notice on site under the provisions
of Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the
implementation of a pedestrian crossing facility (zebra
crossing).
