approved;
(i) The procurement of a contractor to undertake the proposed
heritage maintenance works on Thwaite Mills House following a
competition via the use of the Constructionline procurement
process.
(ii) The proposed tender evaluation criteria weighting of 60% price
and 40% quality for the procurement of a contractor to undertake
the proposed works at Thwaite Mills House.
