The programme team has consulted with the Council Executive Member for Communities, the Directors of Resources and Housing and City Development, and officers from Housing Management, Property & Contracts, Legal, Finance, and Land and Property in the development of these proposals. Local ward members are also being updated as and when acquisitions are ready to progress in their areas.
