Seeking approval to undertake an external procurement in accordance with CPR 3.1.6 to procure contractor resources to support Leeds Building Services with the Electrical Rewiring of Communal Areas, to Multi Storey Flats Citywide. The contract will be for an initial 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 month period. We will be looking to award the contract to up to 3 contractors.
