Authority to procure a contract for enhanced environmental enforcement in the City Centre – This will predominantly be for the patrolling, education and  issuing of Fixed Penalty Notices for specified environmental offences but will have the flexibility to be able to respond to the ever changing demands of the City Centre and associated Council and key partner priorities.
