The Southbank was identified as a potential area of future expansion with the original DHN procurement. Consultation will take place with a range of stakeholders within the council to ensure appropriate contractual arrangements can be made, as well as technical teams to allow construction to go ahead. External stakeholders and potential customers, landowners will also be consulted with.
