Morley Towns Fund

a)  The Executive Board will be asked to note and agree the content of this report, including the emerging vision and the priority objectives of this Town Investment Plan which will inform the projects and outputs included in the funding bid

b)  On the basis of a recommendation of the Morley Town Deal Board, the Executive Board will be asked to delegate authority to the Director of City Development in consultation with the Executive Member for Climate Change, Transport and Sustainable Development to approve the submission of the Town Investment Plan to government in January 2021

c)  Subject to the success of this bid, and on the basis that there will be a brief window for response, the Executive Board will also be asked to delegate authority to the Director of City Development in consultation with the Executive Member for Climate Change, Transport and Sustainable Development to agree terms of a funding settlement with government.
